I bought a 6800XT from EBay and am encountering black squares appearing and disappearing in Firefox, along with pink flashes in Cyberpunk. I've installed DDU and the correct drivers, but the problem persists. I'm using a single daisy-chained cable (two 6+2 on the same PSU connection) as I did when purchasing the PC, which originally had only one cable. Could this setup be causing the issues? If so, I'd like to order a new PSU cable and try again.

It seems the issue isn't resolved by swapping power cables. The graphics card appears to be faulty. If it's been this way since purchase, the previous owner likely had the same problem, which is why they sold it.

Black quares and pink or green flashes signal a failing GPU with low VRAM. This one is dead. Sad.

A basic check you can perform is testing your graphics card on another machine to verify consistent performance.
