I upgraded my 6700k to 4.7 on air (212 evo) at 1.295v, maintaining a stable performance. I spent several hours in prime95 and aida64, with temperatures staying below 79°C, mostly between 75-76°C. My signature has the CPUZ validation, and I’m concerned this might lead to significant issues at this power level and heat range. The max CPU temperature before throttling is around 90°C. My idle speeds are 32-33°C. I’m considering a different cooler, but it seems unnecessary since the 6700k is already a solid all-rounder.

the voltage you're using is acceptable, but ensure it doesn't exceed 1.35v at the save point.
temperature is also fine, just keep it below 80c at the save point.
to lower your CPU's temperature, use 1.35v, as your good air cooling will handle it and this voltage reduces the workload due to increased power.

to lower your CPU's temperature, use 1.35v as it matches your good air cooling setup and reduces the power load.
