Different bios will call OC knobs by different names; I am not familiar with msi.
When you stress you are ok so long as the multiplier reaches what you think it should, and the vcore is below 1.4.
well, there is one little but.Idle is working , boost is working, but i dont have 4ghz Oo.
It never hit this number , its either 800 mhz with jumps like 1300 3400, and 4.2 when iam doing anything.Like its boosted all the time.

Diferentes bios chamam os controles OC por nomes variados; não estou familiarizado com o Msi.
Quando estiver estressado, está tudo bem desde que o multiplier atinja o valor esperado e a vcore fique abaixo de 1.4.
Bem, há algo pequeno, mas o Idle está funcionando, o Boost também, mas não tenho um processador com 4GHz.
Nunca cheguei a esse número, costuma ser 800 MHz com saltos como 1300-3400 e 4.2 quando estou fazendo algo. Como ele sempre é acelerado.
Isso é normal e como você gostaria que funcionasse.
Deixe de lado o trabalho leve e dê todo o esforço quando tiver muita tarefa.
well according to the A00 bios, initially the pc ran smoothly at around 4ghz when using chrome, then during dota it increased to 4.2 and when idle stayed at 800. Also, the temperatures in stock settings reached about 85c even with the 1.330v, which seems quite high.

That is normal, and how you would want it to work.
Loaf with little to do, and go full out when you have lots of work to do.
when i turn XMP off, I lose turbo boost and cpu on load is on 4ghz Oo.When its one i got the readings from before with 4.2 as the load numbers.The hell is going on
