6600k hyper 212 evo or deepcool frostwin v2

I'm considering purchasing a new cooler for my CPU and am unsure which one—cooler master hyper 212 evo or deepcool frostwin v2—is better. Both are priced the same locally. I'd like to know which would perform better, especially if I plan to overclock my 6600k. The coolers both have four heatpipes, but the frostwin v2 includes two fans.
