I've seen similar issues with RGB compatibility on different motherboards. It seems your setup might not match the required voltage or pin configuration. Check if your RGB fans are designed for 5V and 3-pin connectors, which some motherboards like MSI X570 support. Also, ensure the front panel lighting connector matches what your fans provide. If both fail, it could be a hardware limitation of the board.

Standard 4-pin RGB connections are the common, universal lighting systems. They include a single pin for 12V and three pins for ground, each corresponding to a color channel. Digital RGB connectors use a different layout: one pin for 12V, another for ground, and a third for digital control signals. These designs are distinct and not interchangeable, making them incompatible with each other—unlike the 3-pin and 4-pin fan headers. You'll need adapters to bridge the differences between the connectors.

Review the motherboard guide carefully. The board includes one 4-pin RGB header. Connect an RGB hub that matches the port count, then attach all your gadgets to it. PWM fan hubs are also compatible.
