Can your board handle OC effectively? Is purchasing a new CPU cooler necessary? In short, Turbo Boost performs equally well on Xeon CPUs as overclocking. Just ensure your board supports 105.0MHz if the multiplier isn't adjustable.

You possess a locked multiplier yet can adjust the CPU's base clock to as high as 105MHz, which is what I believe. For example, a 100MHz base clock with a 47x multiplier yields around 4.7GHz, while a 105MHz base clock using the same multiplier reaches approximately 4.935GHz.
