It's hard to tell if the temperature is right. I see mixed reports online—some people report 80°C, others 90°C at the same 5800x. Idle temps are about 35°C. Your cooler model is the Noctua NH D15s.

I'm using a specific app for checking thermals. The Vcore is currently at 1.8V. Ambient temperatures are around 25°C. I'm mainly relying on the case and fans; the fans are configured with their default settings unless adjusted otherwise.

Using Ryzen Master version 1.39v, ambient settings are uncertain. The case is a Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 with standard fan setup.

1.39V under full load seems excessive. Consider setting a negative voltage offset in BIOS—begin at -0.025V, then decrease gradually to -0.050V, -0.075V and -0.100V. After each adjustment, run Cinebench to verify stability and performance.

I didn't alter the voltages, but after restarting and switching between PBO and auto OC, temperatures have returned to 82°C. Voltage remains consistent. It seems like a software issue might be causing this. The performance still hits 4.7 on all cores during Cinebench.
