Checking your PC's performance is important. On your 5600G and RX6700 XT, you're experiencing lower FPS in Valorant compared to AAA games. This could indicate GPU bottlenecks or driver issues. The CPU is running at max frequency, but the Adrenalin stats show a much lower value—this discrepancy might point to software or network problems. Investigate drivers, update them, and test with different games to narrow down the cause.

Install HWInfo64 and verify if your mainboard displays VRM temperatures. Your VRM appears suboptimal and could cause thermal throttling during intense CPU usage, especially noticeable in competitive games versus mainstream titles.

Jep, it seems your VRM could be throttling due to high temperatures near 110°C. I’d relocate some of your fans from the bottom to the rear of the case, which would improve airflow and help keep things cooler.

Do you have the newest BIOS for your mainboard? Occasionally, BIOS issues can cause unexpected problems.

I would place a fan in the rear area and also refresh the BIOS. It looks like the VRM isn’t performing well, yet a 5600G rating didn’t seem excessive, possibly indicating a software issue.

I have around nine fans, but three are under 3 on my rear and three on the front.
