Hello. I own a MSI Crosshair 15 B12UGZ desktop. It has a 12th gen i7-12700H processor with an RTX 3070 graphics card, 16 GB of RAM, and a 1 GB SSD. Windows 11 is installed. Two days ago my performance dropped from around 200 FPS to about 7 frames per second without any obvious cause. I've tried updating everything, resetting to factory settings, and adjusting GPU priority. Checking Task Manager and the built-in MSI diagnostic tool shows no thermal throttling, and I cleaned the inside of the laptop. I'm really stuck. Please assist me.

They’re mixing up CPU and GPU, which doesn’t help. You haven’t tried updating the GPU drivers yet.

No, it's not unplugged. Some laptops use the IGPU to conserve energy.

Referenced Windows graphics configurations and the NVIDIA control panel as non-default choices; the driver reinstallation problem persists.
