I’m able to achieve 60 frames per second with *Dying Light* on its highest settings at 1080 resolution, indicating this issue specifically affects *Grand Theft Auto V*.
However, genuinely, I’ve exhausted my troubleshooting options for you. A suggestion would be to utilize DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove all existing GPU drivers and then redownload and reinstall the newest NVIDIA driver compatible with your graphics card. Hopefully this proves beneficial.
