I’ve resolved the issue. My setup includes a gigabyte Z390 gaming motherboard paired with an i9 9900K processor and liquid cooling for the CPU. It looks like the problem was that my cooler water pump wasn’t connected properly—probably because it got accidentally disconnected.

Fixed. Only 5 beeps appeared using the GPU. I switched the HDMI cable and PC case. My previous case was very inexpensive when I purchased it, and after trading my GPU, I realized the video card wasn’t fully secured. After testing various fixes, I took everything out and mounted the components outside the case. It resolved the issue.
