Hi, I’m experiencing some problems with my computer. It has a Ryzen 5 7600X processor, no dedicated graphics card, and an MSI B650M-P motherboard. The issue occurs while playing Valorant. Sometimes the screen goes black for a couple of seconds, then an outdated driver message appears. After that, the game crashes and I have to close it. When I open AMD Adrenalin, I see similar messages about incompatible or outdated drivers. I recently downloaded the latest drivers from the official MSI support site, but it hasn’t resolved the problem yet. I’m trying to keep everything updated to avoid this happening again. Performance is stable at 100 FPS on low settings in Valorant, so I’m not concerned about speed. I’m wondering if the problem is with the game, the drivers, or possibly my processor. Please note that I’ll send both Spanish and English pictures for reference. Image 1: The error message after the black screen. Image 2: The AMD Adrenalin notification. Sorry for the Spanish. Thanks ahead of time.

Use DDU to remove the display driver, which works better than AMD or NVIDIA tools. Then reinstall your graphics drivers. DDU is available in the helpful software section.

Usually the AMD Cleanup tool won’t delete your Wi-Fi drivers. It should focus on graphics and audio drivers only. I shouldn’t modify chipset or other peripheral drivers. You can save your Wi-Fi driver on a USB stick and have it available if needed. It might be wise to download all the newest drivers for your chipset, GPU, and other components onto that stick. Then run the cleanup utility in safe mode. Updating your BIOS and verifying missing Windows updates could also help. Reducing in-game settings to see if it lessens strain might be beneficial too.

Check if the driver update resolved the problem. Any other advice remains uncertain at this stage. Updating drivers is advised, particularly if you're experiencing issues. Remove MSI software as it might not be the root cause, though all MB software tends to be unstable and consume resources. Are temperatures normal? Is your cooler performing well? An iGPU usually faces challenges with gaming performance.
