In a previous post, I mentioned my computer’s RAM was 8GB. I'm curious about the impact of RAM size on frame rates in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Fortnite. Specifically, what is my FPS when running CSGO with 4GB versus 8GB of RAM? Is 4GB sufficient for CSGO if I achieve 60 frames per second or higher? And regarding Fortnite, do I require 8GB of RAM to run smoothly at a consistent 60-70fps?

My System Specifications:
Intel Core i5-3450
4GB HyperX Fury 1600MHz
Biostar H61MGV3 Revision 7.5
Inno3d GTX 960
Corsair 400W Power Supply
Windows 10 64-bit

Consider purchasing a different memory module for dual-channel operation; this could assist your processor in performing its tasks more effectively. Combining RAM sticks is generally discouraged, although it’s possible for them to function harmoniously if you maintain identical specifications.

Is 4GB sufficient? The operating system alone typically consumes 1-2GB.

You might consider purchasing a supplementary memory module for optimal dual-channel performance, which could alleviate strain on your processor. Combining different RAM types is generally discouraged; however, if you maintain identical specifications, there’s a reasonable possibility they will operate harmoniously.
