For emulators like RPCS3 and VWAR, a Ryzen 9 3900X with 12 cores offers better performance than the 4800HQ with 8 cores. The core count improvement will make a noticeable difference, especially for smoother gameplay. The I9-980X also provides strong performance but may require more power and cooling.
