Appears correct.
In cpu-Z you should notice a low multiplier and vcore at idle, with 100% under load.
It turns out to be quite unusual, with 200 ofset and 300 as boost. It sets the base voltage to 1.215v and the maximum up to 1.333v, which seems strange or is this entirely normal?
