I recommend resetting everything, particularly the outdated MSI Center software, and just turning on PBO. For more advanced results, consider using the Curve Optimizer to enhance the chip's performance while keeping it cooler. Following AMD's new optimization techniques for these chips will provide a superior experience compared to the MSI software. The 4.3GHz figure seems low for a 5800x, especially under all-core tasks like Cinebench. On a standard chip it should be around 4.5GHz, but with PBO and some Curve Optimizer adjustments, I'm achieving 4.7GHz across all cores.

Compare fixed Allcore and PBO setups across different titles and identify which delivers the highest performance, focusing on minimum frames per second or low frame drops during competitive play. Slight single-core drops are manageable with GPU settings, and most modern games demand more than 1-2 cores, though a few exceptions exist.
