Hey there,
I noticed a performance issue with CS:GO on your system. When playing normally, it runs smoothly at around 380fps and 144Hz on a fullscreen 1080p monitor. However, when opening a video on the second screen, it drops to about 60fps, though you still manage over 350fps. I've tested Chrome, Edge, and Mozilla—same outcome. The specs you shared are solid: i7-4790K, GTX 1060, 8GB RAM. Any thoughts on why this happens?

I have noticed this issue with other games. I think it has to do with the video only runs at a rate so the computer just makes both monitors mirror that slower rate. I dont know why this is the case but I have noticed it. My monitors are only 60hz and even I can tell when there is a slow down when watching movies and playing games.
