You can use two 8GB sticks from a different brand as long as they match the 1333MHz frequency. For best compatibility and performance, it's better to get four sticks from the same brand.

Technically it should function, though a different RAM might lead to issues. Overall it seems likely to work (though I can't assure it).

It should function properly, though performance will be affected without XMP at regular speeds.

The cache latency matters, though on older computers I don’t run into issues with various brands. However, it might lead to blue screen occurrences.
