Hi, your Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo is working well, but the auto-leveling feature isn't responding. The error message says "Homing Failed X printer hailed please reset." Have you tried restarting the printer or checking its connection?

The picture isn't that helpful, especially with the big glare. What do the printer do when you try auto-leveling. Does it try to move, make some noise or does it spit the error message without doing anything ? Check the tension on your belts, try moving the axises by hand when the printer is off. If anything is hard to move or makes some noise, you may have a hardware problem.

The belt is easy to maneuver and produces no unusual sounds, as far as I understand. During auto-leveling without a warm-up, it remains silent both before and after the warning appears. However, preheating the printer before auto-leveling causes the nozzle fan to activate, and the error message appears shortly afterward.
