I just tried overclocking my GPU and got this result, but when I try to log in through the browser version of 3DMark it doesn't show up under "my results," as it was about two weeks ago. The account is linked to Steam.

You need to create an account at 3DMark independently from STEAM. Once STEAM guides you there, you must register and open an account at 3DMark, which is free. After that, you'll have to log in using your username and password, and your scores will be saved automatically as long as you remain logged in.

The link you shared isn't associated with a logged-in account, you need to be authenticated on the 3DMark site to have your scores recorded, regardless of whether they came from STEAM or another source.
