I believed this was the Elite glass front panel. Sorry about that. Tofu's idea of using the side panel as a trial to ease any airflow issues will also work.

It's actually stuck in terms of airflow. I found it odd that temperatures rose more at lower voltages. The offset seems to be handling it well now.

I managed to reach 4.0 using my top CCD, 4.2 will be significantly tougher, likely requiring an excellent die fabrication process. It’s almost unattainable at 1.1v.
