Hi All, I’m checking if 3700x at 400 CAD or 5600x at 420 CAD is better for my video editing, InDesign, and Illustrator tasks. Also, how do the extra cores compare to upgrading to Zen3 for the 5600x model?

The 3700x performs quite similarly to the 5600x, making the 3700x a solid choice. Adding two extra cores and the current discount of around 280 makes it an even more attractive option for boosting productivity.
