there's like a 2% performance difference between them. it's up to you whether that it's worth $20 or not.

I'm not entirely convinced. Even without PBO, it handles boosts to around 4.441 GHz on its weakest core and 4.534 GHz on its strongest core. For $20, I believe a case could be justified given how well built they are.
