He installed all parts, XMP was turned on but RAM speed still reads 2666MHz. He uses a B550 gaming board with 5600X and Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600MHZ 2x8GB DDR4. Need advice on fixing this.

The BIOS was released in August of last year. It may be possible to upgrade it and resolve some issues.
