Hi I know this is a topic that probably have been discussed many times. I was wondering if its worth the 15$ difference to get the Ryzen 5 3600x instead of the 3600 for gaming. I saw on amazon that the 3600x is 195$ and the 3600 is 180$. I heard that the performance is really close but the cooler on the 3600x is better(I'm not planning on buying a separate cooler cause budget is tight) Any ideas?

The 3600X remains a stock cooler, don’t anticipate extraordinary performance from it.

You're not aiming for high performance, just casual gaming. I think it should be fine. The overheating to 90°C is a concern, but maybe an Artic freezer 34 would help. Good reviews and affordable price point sound promising.

It varies based on case airflow, but I usually suggest an aftermarket cooler. Even a modest $25 unit can outperform the original one.

I was looking into the Fractal design G and noticed it offers good airflow. What are your thoughts? You're thinking about adding a separate cooler, which isn't too costly.

Focus G includes only two fans, but an additional fan is recommended for better exhaust at the back.

I'm running at 3600X under a Dark Rock Pro4 cooler and it's performing well at 4.2GHz. I have a solid board and strong airflow, but with these components you should get similar results.

Budget is tight, so we need affordable options. Which games, graphics cards, and monitors fit the situation?

That's fine but even something like the Noctua NH-U12S or the be quiet! Dark Rock 4 would be worth it, its just not worth cheaping out on cooling, you have to spend some money to avoid losing performance, espicialy with 3rd gen Ryzen, it gets so fussy about heat and power regulation. You don't have to go to the high end.
