I’d receive 3600mhz and 3200mhz if your budget is limited. Avoid 2933mhz, especially with Ryzen.

2933 CL12 offers strong tuning potential, making it my top choice for manual overclocking. The timing here is extremely precise, whereas 3600 CL16 feels average unless the clock speeds are 16-19-19 or 16-20-20.

3200 c14 is a Samsung B-die grouping, and if the cost isn't too high, I'd opt for it and push it to higher speeds.
