The monitor supports 160 but I’m limited to 60 or 100. I’m using display port 1.4 with the provided cable. My model is a 2060 and drivers are current. Could you suggest something? Updated: it works on my Mac, 1440p, 160Hz, but not on Windows laptop. It uses the same dock.

NVCP isn't displaying 160hz. You haven't tried another cable? Share another PC for confirmation? Check the display OSD settings to ensure 160Hz is enabled.

Adjust the refresh rate via Windows settings for Windows 10 and 11. Open System > Display Settings > Advanced Display. Under Next, select Overclock and enable it. Ensure 10-bit color or HDR is disabled. In the NVidia Control Panel, manage 3D settings carefully, confirming Global Max Framerate isn’t active.

The product description suggests Windows indicates a need for a faster connection cable. The maximum refresh rate check for DP1.4 at your display resolution shows it supports 200Hz smoothly without issues or compression, pointing to the cable as likely the cause.

Changed the cable, used a Mac, but performance was poor—no 1440p support and fixed to 60Hz. I've adjusted the settings myself.

The issue is that 160 isn't an option in settings. HDR is off and this monitor doesnt have an overclock option, and max framerate is off.

I'm using the built-in cable. I also tested another one for my older LG monitor that supports 1080p at 144Hz, but it didn't work either.

I'm struggling with this situation. It looks like everyone has shared what they've found, yet the companies claim everything is fine but haven't actually resolved the issue. It feels unfair and disappointing, especially when customers expect better support.

I finally managed to get my monitor up and running at 1440 160hz without any issues, while my other system remained unresponsive. I reached out to both Amazon and LG support separately, but the latter didn’t help much—I was disconnected a couple of times and couldn’t regain my progress. Amazon offered a replacement, but I ended up returning the monitor. I also experimented with a different cable to bypass the dock, which worked for the Mac but not for the other device, so I decided it was time to invest in something better.
