Hello, my friend shared his computer details. He’s using a Ryzen 5 3400G with an Asrock B550M-HDV Mobo Bios v2.30 (latest), which supports the 3400G according to the documentation. His motherboard is Teamgroup T-Force Dark Z 2x8 at 3600MHz CL18, but it runs at 3000MHz with 1.35v and CL18. He’s using an EVGA SC Ultra GTX 1650 Super 500GB power supply rated for 600W Gold. The problem is that games he tries to play run at very low frame rates—often below 15 FPS even at high settings. Examples include Cyberpunk 2077, Need For Speed Unbound, Monster Hunter World, Valorant, and Elden Ring. He usually has to lower the graphics settings to make them playable.

Notes from our tests:
- Other benchmarks show better performance with the same CPU and GPU.
- The integrated graphics are turned off in BIOS.
- The 1650 handles the workload but struggles under stress.
- RAM is in dual-channel mode, which helps.
- No overheating detected; temps stay below 75°C.
- The memory controller on the 3400G seems to be the weak point.

Possible reasons:
- CPU bottleneck due to B550 chipset and slower RAM clocks.
- Possible faulty RAM causing XMP profile failures.
- Memory leak or instability.
- Issues with the motherboard itself.
- He might have a problem with the GPU driver or power delivery.

We’ve considered running PBO enabled/disabled in BIOS, tested different settings, and confirmed no component is overheating. The RAM sticks support dual-channel, which should help.
