3300x, 3500 or 3600?
3300x, 3500 or 3600?
The top choice is the 3600, with the highest value at 3300 and the lowest at 3500.
In theory, a 3600 equals roughly 1.5 times 3300. Apps utilizing over four cores could see up to a 50% boost in performance.
Would the cost be justified? I’m really budget-conscious right now.
That's not practical. Ten years ago, Daul cores were the standard, and using one with a GTX 470 would likely give you only a modest result. Most people assume upgrading every three to five years based on usage and conditions.
but the games are becoming more demanding on cpu and gpu, so in ten years low settings might be closer to what they were before. since developers are improving game stability, it’s pushing performance even higher. with more people returning to pc gaming, the bar keeps rising. i think around five to seven years is realistic, and i’ll likely need a completely new setup. my current rig is an r7 2700, 32gb 3200, 2060ko, plus an asrock phantom gaming 4 x570 mbo.
