32GBx2 DDR5 SODIMM - what can I build with them?
Hi everyone, I have two of these RAM sticks and I'm planning to assemble a compact PC. I don't need them for my laptop since it already has enough RAM. What options do I have? Which motherboards would be compatible with these small DDR5 modules? Thanks! FA
You can definitely use small factor PCs or Raspberry Pi for building projects.
Some compact computers featuring Ryzen and Intel processors still use SODIMM memory slots.
To avoid purchasing a basic setup, focus on ITX motherboards such as the Asus H610T, which offers a DDR5 variant.
You can purchase a DDR5 SODIMM to DIMM adapter for around $10.
