Yep, I have the latest bios. Ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 with 2x8GB at 3200mhz. The RAM performs reliably at 3000mhz along with the CPU OC of 4.6ghz (1.31v, 1.10vccio/vccsa). When trying to reach 3200mhz it causes errors in p95/memtest. It's booting and working but there are issues. I suspect it might be an i7 6700k and it likely can't handle more than 3000MHz since the RAM seems fine.

which slots are the ones that work? 1 & 3, 2 & 4? Have you considered swapping them around? My RAM seems to behave differently in 1 & 3 compared to 2 & 4. It functions fine in the latter two.
