Typically "normal" CPU fan RPM ranges are between 1800 and 1900. Your setting is within that range.

Make sure to install the AMD X570 chipset drivers if you haven’t already. Keep in mind, that CPU will slow down at high temperatures. It shouldn’t reach those levels. However, note that most X570 boards include a chipset fan. These can heat up (around 75°C under load) and the fan spins rapidly—over 2,500 RPM. Double-check the fan readings to stay safe.

Your motherboard doesn't show a chipset fan setting. It only has one for the M.2 SSD you installed. Your BIOS reports around 36-38°C CPU temperature with the default fan running at roughly 1900-2100 RPM. You could consider upgrading to a better fan later, like a Noctua model.

Additionally, the same component that manages the M.2 SSD also handles the aluminum block beneath it on the board. The SB chip-set is situated there. However, the provided AMD heat-sink has reduced cooling performance and tends to be more noisy.
