3200 vs 3600 ram?
3200 vs 3600 ram?
I plan to purchase components in a few days. I currently have a 32 gigabyte 2x16 3600 MHz RAM kit in my cart, which I selected because the lower model was only a few dollars cheaper. However, I noticed today that the 3200 CL16 version of the kit went on sale or became cheaper by around $30. I’m wondering whether my current kit will offer a more significant performance boost compared to the 3200 model, or if I should stick with my choice to save money. Any advice from others would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, thanks for the quick response! I really appreciate it—my instincts seem pretty aligned with others. I think I’ll go ahead and switch them, which should save me about $40 if the changes aren’t too significant. Right now I’m running 16 gigs, so any improvement is a win!
