I've been checking out RAM options for the new 5800X. I understand 4000MHz is ideal, but I don’t want to spend more than $300 just for 32GB. I’m considering Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz with a CS 16-18-18-36, or a 3600MHz setup using a CS 18-22-22-42, and Crucial Ballistix 3600MHz with a CS of 16-18-18-38.

Aim for 3200MHz CL14 or 3600MHz CL15; the key performance will come from either option.
