Sure, save your settings before exiting BIOS. Check the AI Tweaker to confirm the current speed setting.

I didn't capture an image, yet it's configured at 3200 MHz. It appears elsewhere as 2133 MHz.

Be aware the update won't affect performance until a restart. Modifying BIOS settings without powering off won't boost RAM speed.
