Hello, your system has 32GB of RAM as shown in the CPU information. However, Task Manager indicates only about 12GB available, which seems inconsistent. With roughly 8GB in use, it shows you're at 75%. This discrepancy might suggest a misinterpretation or outdated data in Task Manager. You can verify actual usage by checking your system's performance tools or running a memory diagnostic to confirm if the full 32GB is being utilized.
Cpuz hides what consumes memory. Every app adds up, and the operating system becomes very RAM-dependent. Unlike the past when you could trim the OS to just 10 active processes, things are different now. I haven’t noticed any issues yet.
It indicates the memory usage details under the Performance section of Task Manager, suggesting cached data is being used and could be released when needed.
The displayed usage of 23.3 GB comes from the performance tab, but it doesn’t match the total you see in Task Manager (~12.5 GB). This discrepancy might be due to different data sources or timeframes being used. You can check detailed activity by opening Task Manager and filtering for processes or background tasks that consume extra space.
You might see a significant reduction in memory usage after closing Chrome.
The total size comes to about 13GB, which is much lower than the reported usage.
