I have the Asus Rog Strix Z390-E motherboard. I'm setting up a 2080ti SLI configuration, but I'm uncertain if I need a 3-slot or 4-slot NVLink Bridge. Please find the photo attached, thank you!

You're highly likely to require a 3-slot configuration.

appears to be three slots... Nvidia created some confusion with their HB SLI bridge spacing. They counted the first card as two slots, stating that a card in the next slot was zero-slot spacing (indicating no empty slots between the first and second cards). Yet, aftermarket companies seem to use a clearer numbering system. If you count the spaces between your first PCI-E slot and the second card's slot, you'll see three slots total. From the top PCI-E 16x board, you can see one slot (your board lacks a connector there), another slot (one 1x slot), and the third slot (your second 16x slot). You should aim for a three-slot NVLink bridge. That should help!

Consider 3-slot or 4-slot options for the MSI Z390 Godlike Gaming Motherboard. For the Leadtek WinFast RTX 2080 Ti Hurricane 11G, check compatibility with your setup.
