You've mentioned similar issues before with your DeepCool ICEBLADE 100 and MSI h61m-p23 (b3) setup. The fan uses a 3-pin connector, runs at high speed (around 2500 RPM), and the CPU stays near 35°C. Attempts to adjust BIOS settings didn't help, and speedfan didn't respond to PWM or RPM changes. It seems the cooling system isn't compensating effectively. Consider checking fan calibration, ensuring proper airflow, or looking into thermal paste condition.
