You should connect the fans separately to each CPU header. Using a Y splitter would not provide the individual fan control needed for optimal cooling. It’s better to link each fan directly to its respective header. Thank you!

They can be linked individually at this time. For additional CPU fans, consider using a splitter later.

I have five 120mm chases fans, four linked directly via the PSU and one connected to systemfan1 on the motherboard. I'm seeking advice on the best and safest CPU cooler connector setup—should they be connected separately or together? I also have a splitter available. Please let me know what you prefer. Thank you.

I have five 120mm chases fans, four linked directly via the PSU and one connected to systemfan1 on the motherboard. I'm seeking advice on the best and safest CPU cooler connector setup—should they be connected separately or together? I also have a splitter available. Please let me know what you prefer. Thank you.
