The usual recommendation is using services such as 1Password, but I'm interested in other options too. We've considered a shared device with a collaborative viewer or similar tools. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
It could be needed to use two-factor authentication for logins away from the office, such as trying to sign in from home. However, when inside the building, on the internal network, it isn’t required. My college follows this approach now when accessing accounts like Office365 outside the school. This adds an extra security level against unauthorized access while eliminating inconvenience for staff on site. Two-factor authentication might appear as text messages through an app like Microsoft’s Authenticator.
