They were supposed to be included. Inside the motherboard box, there are small pouches with a screw in each. Check beneath the other cardboard around the SATA cables that came with the board.

He got it from someone else, but it’s lost now and was meant for a new motherboard. It’s functioning properly, so don’t try to fix anything that isn’t broken. In this situation, it’s about a 50/50 decision.
