The performance improvement will be approximately 5%. You may return the kit to receive a 3200 version or have it clocked manually. However, the 3200 guarantee isn't assured as it depends on the ICs and silicon quality. Edited June 29, 2020 by TofuHaroto

Generally, well-made 2666MHz chips from trusted manufacturers can be boosted to around 3000 with proper tuning, voltage, and attention. In some cases, they may outperform a 3200 if the delays are minimal. I wouldn’t rush into replacing it unless you can find comparable performance at a similar price for a 3200 model.
