Notice a slight improvement. Higher frequency jumps yield bigger benefits. Are there any options near 3600mhz at a similar cost? That’s the direction to go.

Doing this would yield minimal improvement. In certain situations, there might be no noticeable change. I’d suggest holding onto the funds rather than investing unless you discovered a solid opportunity.

This will determine the speed difference of the RAM in question, expressed in latency and MHz. However, I'm skeptical about its usefulness!
