Crossfire or SLI isn't advised since most titles don't support it well. AMD and nVidia are promoting these features, but creators prefer not to invest time in them... It varies by racing games you enjoy—F1 2019? DiRT rally series? Project Cars? A 2070S or 5700 XT will work fine.

NVIDIA ended SLI support until the latest high-end GPUs... only RTX 2080 and above. RTX 2070 and below lack SLI functionality.

This model matches the 2060S to 2070 range most often. It doesn't quite fit the 2070S or 2080.

They seem quite similar, though a 2080 might offer improvements. Alternatively, consider other AMD options beyond the 5700XT. Titan XP could also be worth exploring.
