Unfortunately, since the 2070 needs a 6 and 8 pin connection, it's not possible to safely connect it to the t5610. The 685W PSU is fine for a 2070, but an 8-pin adapter could overload the 6-pin connector, leading to cable damage, shorts, and fire. The 825W unit in the t5610 is designed for this setup. So you need to decide which PSU you're using?

It seems the specs are way too high for this setup, 200w should work fine.
