I arrived at my desk and opened my Macbook Air, picking up where I left off on several tasks. When I pressed an unexpected key to turn it on, it felt like I’d taken a mix of LSD and Benadryl—completely unaccustomed to that combination—and it surprised me. I promptly shut it down and restarted it before considering taking a photo or wondering what would happen when it came back on. The screen returned to normal, but it left me puzzled. Could I need a new screen replacement or a different model from the mid-2012 to 2015 range? A larger display would be great. Thanks ahead!

It could be a graphics card problem. Occurs with my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro.
