Your GPU is overheating, it needs improved case cooling. Despite adding fans and exhaust, it still doesn’t reach 70°C. Increase the cooling to protect your valuable parts. A 86 could damage your GPU soon. In fact, your GPU might be throttling.

30C is quite hot for you? Not really. Nvidia mentioned the safe temperature for Turing cards is about 87 to 88°C, meaning 86°C wouldn't be dangerous. I think it's possible the games are being run on an integrated graphics unit.

did you run ddu in safe mode? if not, please do. also, if the gpu is at 30c it clearly isn’t under heavy load (you can check the gpu usage with software). and just a note, why are you using an rtx 2080 on a 1360x768 display? it seems like a placeholder.
