I was thinking about using 4 sticks Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz 16GB with the 7800x3d, but I saw mixed reviews and wasn’t sure. Could running with four sticks on that setup help? I was also planning to use the ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Extreme motherboard for my upgrade. Would you be happy to share suggestions for memory sticks that would work well with it?

I get that extra capacity too. I actually think two sticks work better.

Higher bandwidth offers faster data transfer speeds, enabling quicker downloads and smoother streaming. It supports more simultaneous connections and improves overall network performance, making applications run more efficiently.

Over time, more than one DIMM per memory channel has been used for two primary reasons: increased capacity and improved appearance. In consumer settings, keeping just one DIMM per channel (such as using two sticks) is chosen when top performance and reliability are priorities, rather than focusing on capacity or look.

Greater memory bandwidth leads to better performance for bandwidth-dependent tasks. Games usually gain more from reduced latency.

In short, two sticks for every four, and if you need it, I can help you get there.
