I’ve resolved it in just under a month. My role lets me borrow equipment from my supervisor, so I provided his network tester. I checked the cables and found a break at the end of "core" 7. I rewired it, ran a test, and everything passed with green lights. After that download, I received confirmation—though it wasn’t a big job, just a small win. Hope this update helps everyone!
