Are there any titles that require an additional 4GB? Otherwise, 16GB at 1600 will offer better performance.

I think the 1600 offers a small edge. If you exceed 16gbs, I’d stick with 20gb. At those rates the gap should remain minimal unless there’s a compatibility issue between the speed settings.
